Aftab Shivdasani and Nin Dusanj are one of the most good-looking and loved couples we have in the industry. Happily married for eight years now, the couple is now proud and loving parents to their daughter Nevaeh. On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, ETimes got in touch with the actor for an exclusive interview, where he spilled the beans on his love story with Nin, enjoying fatherhood and more.

What are your plans for the big day?

For Nin and me, we celebrate love every day and don’t really believe in making one day a little more special. But we will do something special even on that day I can assure you.

Tell us something about your love story with Nin. When and how did love blossom between you both?

We met at a bookstore at a book reading where I was a guest speaker and she was sitting in the audience. She sat on the front row and the moment I saw her, I was mesmerised, literally. What I fell in love with was her simplicity and the fact that she was not trying to grab any attention and in fact she was just being herself. There was something magical happening during the event – it’s like we were both placed there by a divine force to meet and fall in love. It didn’t take much time thereafter and I literally popped the question to her three weeks later!
